Responsibilities
Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network switches, wireless controllers, and access points
Support troubleshooting of network connectivity issues (LAN, WLAN)
Perform large wireless deployments within enterprise-level environments under the guidance of senior engineers
Support Cisco ISE and other network access control policy platforms
Document network configurations, diagrams, and operational procedures
Participate in clients’ change control procedures and processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years working with (Cisco or similar) networking technologies (wired and/or wireless)
Basic understanding of core networking concepts: IPAM, VLANs, STP, routing Protocols
Familiarity with Cisco IOS, IOS-XE Catalyst, and/or AireOS platforms
Ability to troubleshoot layer 1–3 network issues
Strong documentation and communication
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with teammates and cross-functional departments
Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
Preferred
Cisco CCNA, Aruba Campus Access, CWNA (or actively working toward certification)
Cisco Prime, DNA Center, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Gateway or Central, or similar platforms
Enterprise or large campus network environments
Familiarity with formal change control processes
ServiceNow or other change management platforms
