Inventory Control Clerk
EAM Worldwide is a company focused on inventory management, and they are seeking an Inventory Control Clerk. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper transaction recording, and resolving discrepancies while collaborating with various teams to support efficient operations.

Responsibilities
Perform daily cycle counts and assist in full physical inventory as scheduled
Record and verify all inventory movements, adjustments, and transfers in the ERP system (e.g., Quantum, SAP, or equivalent)
Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records, investigating and documenting root causes
Maintain accurate labeling, bin locations, and part identification throughout the warehouse
Coordinate with Receiving to ensure incoming materials are properly received, inspected, and stored
Support Production by issuing materials as needed and ensuring timely replenishment of stock
Monitor inventory levels to identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess items
Prepare and distribute regular inventory reports to management
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Comply with all company quality standards, FAA/AS9100 procedures, and safety regulations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related field
Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting
