The DDS Program Coordinator will oversee day-to-day operations, manage program budgets, and ensure the health and safety of individuals served while facilitating staff meetings and coordinating activities.

Responsibilities
Provide goal-oriented supervision to Counselors
Facilitate weekly staff meeting, participate in supervision, team, and other assigned meetings
Manage program budget
Develop and monitor the implementation of all procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well being of individuals served
Assist people to access, and/or provide, all needed transportation
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or Social Services related field, or equivalent required
Experience working with adults with disabilities, required
Supervisory experience, required
Preferred
Experience within human services field
