Responsibilities
Evaluate, implement, and integrate AI tools and platforms across the organization
Partner with internal teams to understand workflows and identify AI-driven improvement opportunities
Develop and deploy AI-powered automations, integrations, and internal tools
Assist teams in adopting AI solutions through training, documentation, and ongoing support
Work with leadership to help define and execute the company’s AI roadmap and strategy
Integrate AI solutions with existing systems such as CRM, ticketing, ERP, VoIP platforms, and internal databases
Monitor AI performance, accuracy, and ROI, and continuously optimize implementations
Stay current on emerging AI technologies, models, and best practices
Ensure responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI across the organization
Qualification
Required
Experience working with AI/ML tools, APIs, or platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI, etc.)
Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and automation
Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
Strong problem-solving skills with a business-first mindset
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience integrating AI into customer support, sales, or operational workflows
Familiarity with CRM systems, VoIP platforms, or telecom environments
Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, custom scripts, etc.)
Knowledge of data analysis, prompt engineering, or AI model tuning
Prior experience helping lead or scale AI initiatives within an organization
