Responsibilities

Create clear, engaging messages and presentations for town halls and Leadership Council meetings, partnering with Marketing and People Operations to ensure strong content, consistent messaging, and smooth execution
Plan and deliver timely, multi-channel internal communications—including email, intranet, and company-wide updates—so employees receive the right information, at the right time, in a clear and accessible way
Use metrics, feedback, and analytics to evaluate communication effectiveness and continuously improve clarity, reach, and engagement
Collaborate with Marketing and key stakeholders to align internal communications with the brand platform and guidelines, supporting a consistent, credible brand voice across all channels
Manage and evolve the intranet as a primary communication channel, driving adoption and creating content that strengthens connection, transparency, and collaboration across the organization
Support company initiatives, events, and projects with clear, thoughtful communications that help employees feel informed, included, and connected
Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders, shaping and drafting messages on their behalf to ensure a consistent, thoughtful voice that reflects the company’s culture, values, and brand
Collaborate on employee recognition communications that reinforce company values and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Stay current on communication tools, technology, and best practices to continuously improve how information is shared across the organization
Use standard audio/visual tools and virtual platforms (e.g., cameras, microphones, Zoom, Teams) to support professional live and recorded internal communications
Demonstrate curiosity and a solid understanding of the business to partner effectively with leaders and translate operational and financial updates into clear employee communications
Develop and manage editorial calendars and communication plans that support coordinated, multi-step content development and review
Apply a strong visual eye to create simple graphics and presentations independently, while partnering effectively with internal or external design resources as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Five or more years of experience in internal or corporate communications, employee communications, HR communications, or a related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages for diverse employee and leadership audiences
Experience delivering multi-channel internal communications (e.g., email, intranet, presentations, leadership messaging)
Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate content
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Comfortable working independently as a standalone role while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners
Strong relationship-building skills and sound judgment when supporting leader communications

Preferred

Experience with intranet platforms and employee communication tools preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint; familiarity with visual or design tools a plus
