Responsibilities
Develop robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs, utilizing multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent
Proactively source and engage top student talent through internal ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, google scholar, and AI/ML research communities, amongst others
Source and screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
Travel as needed for on campus university recruitment events
Qualification
Required
2+ years recruiting/sourcing experience in an in-house environment
Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
History of managing high-volume pipelines without compromising quality
Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Previous experience hiring for internship or early career engineering talent, with a focus in AI/ML or related field highly preferred
