Robotic Welder/Programmer - 1st Shift

The QTI Group is seeking a Welding Team Member to join a dynamic manufacturing team as a DIRECT HIRE. This role is responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, and operating spot and robotic welders, as well as performing stick welding to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate welding equipment, grinders, and sanders

Set up and troubleshoot spot welders and robotic welders

Read and interpret prints to produce parts to specification

Perform quality control checks and accurately report data on timecards and paperwork

Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to all safety regulations and PPE requirements

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project goals and timelines

Communicate equipment issues to supervisors and maintenance

Assist with ISO9001 compliance and 5S objectives
