Responsibilities
Draft, review, and finalize written discovery requests and responses
Upload and manage data in eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Logikcull), perform targeted searches, apply redactions and prepare logs as needed
Assist attorneys with proofreading and finalizing pleadings, motions, and related court documents in compliance with federal, state, and local rules
Communicate with clients, external counsel, and internal team members in a professional, clear, and efficient manner
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), including the use of Styles, TOC/TOA creation, Compare Docs, and Track Changes
Experience using Adobe Acrobat, iManage, SharePoint, ShareFile, Relativity, Logikcull, PACER, CM/ECF
Qualification
Required
7+ years of complex commercial civil litigation experience
Strong background in trial preparation and case management
