Mediagenix is a company that enables renowned media companies to efficiently deliver content to viewers through their business management system. They are seeking a driven Project Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience to oversee the successful implementation of their products for customer accounts while balancing scope, budget, and planning across multiple projects.

Responsibilities
You take responsibility for the successful implementation of Mediagenix products for our customer accounts. Delivering the commitments towards the customers and transitioning the project into customer services operations is your focus
You are an expert at keeping the balance between the scope, the budget and the planning
You will work closely together with our product development team and will align the customer project planning with the Mediagenix product roadmap and release planning
You will work on multiple customer projects in parallel
You will work on customer proposals together with our business development team for new project implementations, additional change requests or upgrade services
You will actively participate in our Project Management community, will share your knowledge and best practices and will work on internal improvement projects
You will keep the project status up to date in our finance systems and will regularly report the accurate project status to the customer success management leadership
You inspire and connect with your Mediagenix stakeholders (product manager, account manager, customer workflow analysts, functional analysts, software developers, testers, ...) by keeping them informed, motivated and on track. You are responsible for the overall project performance
Qualification
Required
7 to 10 years' experience as a Project Manager
Expertise in implementing large-scale business software applications
Excellent people skills
Responsibility for the successful implementation of Mediagenix products for customer accounts
Ability to balance scope, budget, and planning
Collaboration with product development team and alignment with product roadmap and release planning
Ability to work on multiple customer projects in parallel
Participation in customer proposals with business development team
Active participation in Project Management community
Keeping project status up to date in finance systems
Regular reporting of project status to customer success management leadership
Inspiring and connecting with Mediagenix stakeholders
Certified project manager with several years of experience in the implementation of large-scale business applications in the broadcast industry
Experienced business change manager with a solid background in a structured methodology
Hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Prince2, Agile, and lean & agile software development processes
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects
Excellent consulting, judgement & decision-making skills
Willingness and ability to travel frequently to clients internationally
Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship indefinitely
Respect for specific security provisions related to the execution of the job
Preferred
Having experience with the broadcasting industry or broadcasting management systems (BMS) is an asset
