Executive Assistant
Harley-Davidson Motor Company is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide executive support to a member of the Leadership Team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex tasks, including preparing reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining appointment calendars.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the leaders complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and coordinating travel arrangements (domestic and international)
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting materials; take and distribute minutes for key meetings
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls with discretion and professionalism
Support preparation of materials for board meetings and compliance reporting
Compile and analyze data for reports, dashboards, and presentations
Serve as the primary point of contact for the leader, ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal teams and external partners
Coordinate with senior leadership and other stakeholders
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive leadership and organizational matters
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all administrative processes
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
Excellent communication and composition skills
Requires strong PC skills, including accuracy and proficiency in a Windows environment, including proficiency in spreadsheets, graphics, and software
Requires exceptional written and oral skills
Requires excellent organizational skills, planning and prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines with outstanding attention to detail and follow-up activities
Ability to maintain confidential information
Discretion and diplomacy are critical skills
Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
