Responsibilities

Monitor and manage program email inboxes, ensuring timely logging and appropriate routing of communications

Log incoming and outgoing communications accurately into tracking systems or databases

Perform data mining and basic analysis to support program reporting and operational needs

Maintain organized records, files, and documentation in accordance with program requirements

Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry

Assist with preparing summaries, trackers, and basic reports for program staff and leadership

Support compliance with program procedures by ensuring documentation is complete and up to date

Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day program operations

Required

Bachelor's degree or recent graduate (or equivalent experience)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to follow established processes and work independently when needed

Preferred
