New Grad, Entry LevelDweck Properties is seeking a Part-time Evening Concierge to enhance the community experience for residents. In this role, you will greet guests, manage package logging, assist with resident requests, and coordinate social events, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.

Responsibilities
Greet incoming guests and residents along with their furry family member
Answer incoming calls to find out how you can help and transfer them to the person who can better help them
Log packages
Conduct package audits to ensure delivery and improve efficiency of package handling
Assist residents with emergencies, requests, or concerns
Respond and coordinate service requests with the maintenance team within 24 hours
Plan resident social events
Assist the office team with administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Experience in a customer service role like in hospitality, retail, or property management
The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
Attend Dweck's New Hire Orientation, held on the second Monday of each month
