They are looking for their first Go-To-Market (GTM) professional to manage the sales pipeline, engage with enterprise customers, and provide valuable feedback to the product team.

Responsibilities
Own pipeline end-to-end: outbound + inbound + conferences/events
Run deals: discovery → demo → champion-building → stakeholder mapping → procurement/legal → close
Keep the machine tight: rigorous CRM hygiene, next steps, forecasting, follow-up discipline
Bring signal to product: turn customer pain + objections into weekly feedback and product ideas
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in sales
Experience in personally closing non-trivial B2B deals
Ability to learn domains fast and ask sharp questions without hiding behind jargon
Experience using AI and tools to move faster without outsourcing thinking or voice
Ability to run a disciplined pipeline/CRM and balance whales with reliable five-figure closes in a multi-stakeholder environment
Willingness to work in-person in NYC and iterate daily with founders
Preferred
Experience closing deals with regulated buyers such as biopharma, med devices, healthcare, or other complex committees like government/defense, energy, finance, legal
