Account Manager, GEM Service

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance on how our products/services can support their goals. Work with other RLG services and departments to extend
Identify and qualify opportunities for account growth and new business development within existing accounts
Assist customers with planning and scope development for retrofit and/or replacement projects
Perform job walk downs and assemble detailed project estimates
Prepare and deliver technical proposal presentations
Lead job turnover process: project set up, pre-project meeting, and site visits
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, accounting, technician, dispatch, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Prepare and present reports on sales, sales activity, and account status
Negotiate Project and Maintenance contracts with clients

Required

Preferred

Strong project quoting and project management experience with HVAC equipment replacement and large repairs
At least 5 years of proven work experience in account and project management
History of pricing, managing, and coordinating installation of small to medium-sized projects and repairs
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
