Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of the company’s ASC 740 tax provision, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Prepare and file monthly indirect tax returns (e.g., sales & use tax, VAT, GST, etc.) in applicable jurisdictions
Prepare monthly tax journal entries and ensure accuracy of related account reconciliations
Support internal and external tax reporting requirements by gathering data and preparing supporting schedules
Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure proper tax accounting and compliance
Assist with special tax projects and process improvements as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–3 years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax department
Strong working knowledge of U.S. income tax accounting principles (ASC 740)
Familiarity with indirect tax compliance processes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
CPA or progress toward certification preferred, but not required
Proficiency with OneSource Tax Provision and NetSuite strongly preferred
