Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction and client communication for web projects, ensuring alignment between scope, goals, and cross-functional execution
Conduct website audits using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) and translate findings into actionable strategy
Develop wireframes and content outlines rooted in user experience and business outcomes
Collaborate with designers, developers, and other strategists to deliver high-impact digital experiences
Track site performance and contribute to ongoing optimization recommendations
Build strong client relationships and help resolve challenges throughout the project lifecycle

Required

2+ years of agency experience in a client-facing web strategy, UX, or digital project management role

Proficiency with tools like Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Kantata (or similar project management tools)
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into action
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, collaborative, and curious — eager to stay current with trends
