Required

New York (or equivalent US jurisdictions) bar admission
Three to five years of experience in general corporate and corporate transactional work (with a focus on cross-border M&A, greenfield investment and other transactions involving Chinese companies) at a large international law firm or a top Chinese law firm with a significant international practice
Excellent drafting, analytical, project management and communication skills
Familiarity with M&A, greenfield investment/economic development project, private equity and general corporate practice
Problem solver who takes initiatives and ownership of projects, with strong client service and team player mentality
Mandarin-English bilingual, with Mandarin as native language and English close to native
U.S. law degree (J.D. or LL.M.) and PRC law degree or experience working with PRC companies
