Responsibilities
Build and update financial models in support of current growth strategies and analysis
Assist the Accounting function with month-end close process and comparison of actuals to historical trend and budget
Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
Support the annual strategic planning and budgeting process as well as the rolling forecast process
Aid in the construction and presentation of various investor and lender materials
Complete other ad-hoc analysis, projects, and duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to effectively set priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines and produce quality work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to accuracy and detail
Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
Be a team player working with multiple cross functional teams in a collaborative and constructive manner
Ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations
Ability to handle sensitive information ethically and responsibly and to protect the confidentiality of business information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting
Three to five years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, or other related fields REQUIRED
Preferred
FP&A experience at a multi-site business preferred
Expert Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
