Responsibilities

Directly serves as the liaison between the facility outpatient department, the community, and referring agencies

Responsible for creating demand for the facility’s outpatient services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods

In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and Business Development Team, presents a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community

Responsible for implementing facility strategic sales and marketing plans, enhancing the facility’s brand/image, effectively managing assigned territory and accounts, and achieving departmental and facility business development goals

Demonstrates tact, resourcefulness, patience and dedication in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using tech platforms, understands how social media supports lead generation and brand awareness, and enjoys turning ideas into measurable results

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required

Must have a valid driver's license

Preferred

Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred

Strong working knowledge of social media platforms for professional and business use and comfortable with technology, including analytical tools and digital platforms
