Responsibilities
Prepare availability reports
Clear product for sale
Research materials and asset requirements with Product Fulfillment
Assist with creating Customer Notices and Avail Support
Deal entry of license terms for new deals into company databases
Deal entry for amendments to existing deals into company databases
Assist with tracking product for inclusion in output and ROS deals, and library selects with customers as requested
Ad hoc projects and requests as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
1 year of related experience working in television contract or sales administration capacity
Relevant work experience in television or a related media
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret license agreement terms for product sales
Strong Microsoft office and software application skills
Preferred
Time management, planning and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Must be extremely detail oriented
Must be a team player
