Responsibilities
System Support & Optimization: Assist in maintaining and improving IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
Cybersecurity Awareness: Support security audits and help implement best practices for data protection and compliance
Troubleshooting & Technical Assistance: Provide technical support for internal teams and resolve system-related issues
Data & Reporting: Analyze IT performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership review
Collaboration with Leaders: Communicate findings and recommendations to IT leadership and cross-functional teams
Final Presentation: Deliver a comprehensive summary of IT improvements, security recommendations, and technology strategies to senior stakeholders
Local Travel: During the first two weeks, travel locally within Nashville (up to 25%) for site visits and team meetings
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and system administration basics
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Comfortable presenting technical concepts to senior stakeholders
Willingness to travel locally (up to 25%)
