Responsibilities
Serve as the senior engineer and administrator for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms
Configure, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, and Office 365
Own SharePoint Online engineering and administration, including site architecture, permissions, workflows, and integrations
Support and guide collaboration platform migrations, including Cisco WebEx to Microsoft Teams (preferred)
Provide input and technical leadership for early-phase Copilot initiatives (Phase 1), making Copilot knowledge essential
Manage tenant-wide Microsoft 365 administration, including licensing, user roles, governance, and security settings
Support OneDrive migration efforts (nice-to-have)
Lead and support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements
Act as a Microsoft 365 subject matter expert, partnering with leadership and technical teams on solution design and decision-making
Mentor and support junior team members, including analysts and engineers supporting collaboration tools
Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver scalable, secure solutions
Ensure all solutions align with enterprise security, governance, and healthcare compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in SharePoint Online engineering and administration (non-negotiable)
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 tenant administration, including licensing
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams
Copilot knowledge or experience (REQUIRED; early-phase initiative)
Strong experience with Active Directory and familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD)
Ability to operate independently in a senior, hands-on engineering role
Minimum of 7 years of Information Systems or Microsoft 365–related experience
Preferred
Support and guide collaboration platform migrations, including Cisco WebEx to Microsoft Teams (preferred)
Support OneDrive migration efforts (nice-to-have)
Cisco WebEx to Microsoft Teams migration experience
OneDrive migration experience
Experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms in healthcare or other regulated environments
