Responsibilities

Answers phone calls and written questions, concerns, and complaints regarding membership. Assisting with sales questions all inbound questions. No cold calling at all!

Respond to Broker/Agent inquiries and resolve issues in timely and professional manner

Provide sales and marketing training support as needed

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and potential partners to drive business development

Provides information on membership fees (if applicable), policies, processes, benefits, products, and services

Documents all inquiries and maintaining accurate membership records in plans database(s)

Help with the management of the company’s digital presence, including websites, social media, and digital advertising

Maintains knowledge levels with respect to CMS and states regulations

Assist in identifying and solving member/agent needs, issues and inquiries
