Responsibilities

Promote and cultivate a culture of safety and housekeeping across all operations

Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

Plan, organize, and control galvanizing processes to meet production schedules and customer requirements

Monitor line performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain continuous flow

Oversee preventive maintenance programs and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime

Ensure adherence to all industry-related standards and internal quality requirements

Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and maintain product integrity

Manage budgets, monitor consumables, and implement cost-saving initiatives

Optimize energy usage and reduce waste through process improvements

Lead, coach, and motivate production teams to achieve departmental goals

Conduct performance evaluations and provide training for skill development

Drive initiatives for process optimization, efficiency, and reliability

Utilize Lean and Six Sigma principles where applicable
