Responsibilities
Retrieve products based on order sheets or handheld scanner prompts, ensuring accuracy in product type and quantity. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) as needed
Securely package picked items using appropriate materials and label them correctly with shipping information and documentation
Inspect items for damage, confirm order accuracy, and ensure packaging meets internal standards before shipment
Coordinate with the shipping team to organize outbound shipments; stage and label boxes correctly for pickup
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace; follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA and company guidelines
Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet fulfillment goals; communicate issues or discrepancies promptly
Qualification
Required
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and use barcode scanners
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in order processing
Ability to work under pressure and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and ability to read picking instructions
Strong organizational and communication skills
Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs regularly
0–1 year in warehouse or order fulfillment preferred
