Responsibilities
Operational and janitorial functions as directed by the Pier Manager
Provides excellent customer service to guests
Maintains a clean environment both on the pier and in the store
Maintains safety and security on the pier and in the store
Follows LMC and FWC protocol as it pertains to sea turtle rescue
Replenishes merchandise as needed
Maintains organization in the store and in storage areas
Possesses thorough knowledge of retail products and services
Follows all opening and closing procedures protocols
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Proficiency in POS Systems
Excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong commitment to sustainability and ocean conservation
