Responsibilities

Create a process to automate repetitive supply chain and operations reports by leveraging Microsoft Excel’s formulas and macros
Develop and optimize supply chain and operations reports and visualizations to communicate data to stakeholders and reduce duplications
Assist in data setup, update, and cleaning in NetSuite such as in-activate parts and bill of materials, etc
Investigate nonconformances and document the investigation, root cause, and any corrective actions required
Records Cleanup
Records Management for new records created
Implementation of AI assistance in documents/records management

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above
Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Technical knowledge (electrical, software, and/or mechanical)
Familiar with AI, particularly ChatGPT
Self-motivated and passionate for innovation and quality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work effectively with and relate to all levels within the organization
Team skills that demonstrate inclusivity, decisiveness, good facilitation, a process improvement orientation, and approachability
