Lead the design and development of medium-voltage isolation-rated transformers, serving as the primary magnetics design authority
Collaborate effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and successful product delivery
Drive innovation in magnetics design, leveraging your expertise to optimize performance, cost, and manufacturability
Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from concept through prototyping to production, ensuring high-quality standards and reliability
Qualification
Required
PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
10+ years of specialized experience in magnetics, with a focus on medium-voltage isolated transformer design—preferably ferrite-based solutions
Demonstrated leadership in magnetic design, with a strong track record of innovation and technical excellence
Deep knowledge of multi-physics optimization and magnetics manufacturing processes
