Responsibilities

Execute and participate in data collection studies. Perform data analysis using statistical tools and methodologies
Utilize industrial engineering and business analytics tools (e.g., probability and statistics, process flow analysis, queuing theory, data visualization / dashboarding, etc.) as appropriate to improve operational efficiency. Can include aiding in developing and using analytical forecasting/prediction models that yield process and labor improvement recommendations and improved property-wide operations planning. Could also include establishing key performance tracking metrics and monitoring ongoing performance
Aid in the development and execution of productivity and efficiency related analyses. Evaluate and improve methods and procedures for the various operational processes throughout the resort
Aid in the development and delivery of business cases & presentations with potential audiences including front line stakeholders, business leaders, and executive leadership
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

In pursuit of Bachelor's degree in an accredited Industrial Engineering or equivalent program
1+ year educational experience in an accredited Industrial Engineering or equivalent program, prior internship and/or prior industrial engineering experience preferred
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
