Responsibilities
Front desk coverage
Scheduling/reserving conference rooms
Mail review and distribution, working closely with compliance
Working closely with the Complex Onboarding manager as well as with candidates
Office and New Advisor technology troubleshooting
New Business processing
Assist in tracking of onboarding (working with Onboarding/Ops Manager)
Ordering Pantry and Office Supplies
Assist with marketing tasks to include event communication and misc marketing projects
Qualification
Required
Intermediate problem-solving skills
Research and data gathering ability
Analytical skills
Basic negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent proofreading ability
Ability to train and mentor employees
Excellent collaboration skills
Role will be performed in office, with flexibility as needed
Preferred
1-2 years of experience in business is preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
