Responsibilities
Assist the Slot Technical Manager with the maintenance, performance, and compliance of all casino gaming equipment
Oversee machine moves, installations, conversions, and repairs in accordance with regulations
Maintain accurate records of gaming equipment, including compliance documents and move logs
Support HR functions by fostering teamwork, recognition, and employee development while ensuring adherence to company policies and agreements
Stay current on technology advancements and ensure proper training for department staff
Coordinate casino game projects with property teams, corporate strategy groups, and vendors
Manage inventory levels and uphold exceptional service standards for all guests and team members
Qualification
Required
Must be 21 years of age or older
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of prior relevant experience in slot operations or a related area
