Riddell is seeking a Data Analytics Intern to join the InSite Analytics team. The role involves supporting the InSite Analytics platform by generating custom visuals and reports, delivering data exports to customers, and collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve issues and create reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to gather requirements and gain a better understanding of customer requests
Execute and deliver custom reports and data exports upon customer request
Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues that occur with report generation
Partner with Customer Success Team to coordinate resolution of any customer related delays in report generation
Communicate report status to internal team to ensure timely resolution of issues
Monitor data flow and identify potential problems for top tier customers
Collaborate with all members of the InSite Analytics team to understand customer workflows and product usage to ensure best-in-class service
Partner with internal Data Analytics team to generate new and innovative ways to present impact data to clients

Required

Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Team player who is open to sharing ideas and learning

Preferred

Practical Experience with analytics tool(s): SQL, Python, R, etc
Familiarity with data visualization software such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
Knowledge and interest in the sport of football
