Must have proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Must have excellent customer support and communication skills
Must have an understanding of trading industry concepts and terminology
Prior experience supporting US or EU marketplaces and listed securities preferred
Troubleshooting experience in financial trading applications, such as Reuters, TT, PATS, Bloomberg, and GL Trade
Need to be very comfortable working independently, with limited opportunities for real-time collaboration with other support staff
Self-motivated, decisive, energetic and results oriented
