Elmington is a privately owned real estate investment and development firm based in Nashville, TN. They are seeking a proactive Human Resources Intern for a focused summer project to support talent strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance processes within the HR operations.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in sourcing strategies, candidate experience improvements, and recruitment analytics
Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that enhance culture, retention, and professional development
Compliance & Policy Review: Support audits of HR policies and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
Data Analysis: Analyze workforce metrics and prepare reports for leadership decision-making
Collaboration with Leaders: Communicate findings and recommendations to HR leadership and cross-functional teams
Final Presentation: Deliver a comprehensive summary of HR insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
Local Travel: During the first two weeks, travel locally within Nashville (up to 25%) for site visits and team meetings
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
Highly organized with attention to detail
Willingness to travel locally (up to 25%)
