Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex data sets and summarize actionable insights for senior leadership
Collaborate with manufacturing teams, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to remove obstacles and ensure on-time delivery
Support projects related to planning, procurement, logistics, and warehousing, including process improvement and lean initiatives
Maintain positive and effective communication with employees, customers, contractors, and suppliers at all levels
Continuously improve reporting accuracy, data accessibility, and reporting automation across the organization
Track schedule adherence and performance metrics to support operational decision-making
Identify opportunities to establish standard processes and lead project teams through implementation
Ensure compliance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies, operating procedures, and task assignments

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
