Responsibilities

Transform data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights that inform marketing strategy, optimize performance, and support leadership decision-making

Act as the central hub for marketing intelligence connecting performance data, consumer insights, and market research to build a balanced, data-driven narrative

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, statistics, economics, or a related field

7 years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or market research, ideally in health care, multi-location enterprise, or a complex consumer-facing industry

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented

Strong proficiency with analytics platforms (GA4, Siteimprove, Freshpaint, SEO tools, social listening tools, CRM reporting)

Experience integrating market research data (e.g., NRC, survey platforms) with performance analytics

Strong data visualization and presentation skills (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)

Ability to connect diverse data points into strategic insights

Adept at distinguishing correlation from causation and providing balanced, unbiased recommendations

Exceptional ability to translate data into compelling stories for senior leadership

Confident presenter comfortable with executive-level audiences

Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams
