Roofing Inside Sales Representative
Allied Roofing Partners is a stable and growing company focused on employee satisfaction. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for closing residential roofing jobs, following up on warm leads, and supporting the outside sales team, primarily through phone communication.

Responsibilities
Follow up on warm leads, referrals, and pipeline opportunities to drive closed sales
Close deals that have already been estimated or initiated by outside sales reps
Present contracts, answer customer questions, and secure signed agreements
Make high-volume outbound calls and maintain a structured follow-up process
Support the outside sales team by managing customer communication between estimate and close
Assist walk-in customers with questions, scheduling, and general support
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
Serve as a liaison between customers and the sales/production teams
Maintain detailed notes, statuses, and follow-ups in the CRM system
Assist with scheduling, documentation, customer updates, and payment coordination
Attend field appointments when needed to help close pending opportunities
Represent the company professionally in all in-person interactions
Qualification
Required
2+ years of inside sales, call center sales, or customer service experience
Proven ability to close deals and convert warm leads
Strong phone communication and follow-up skills
Professional, customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Comfortable using CRM(Acculynx is a plus) systems and basic computer applications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record for occasional field visits
Ability to sit for extended periods while on the phone or computer
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs for occasional office tasks
Ability to interact professionally with customers in the office environment
Preferred
Roofing, construction, or similar trade experience is a plus, but not required
Rehash Sales Experience is a plus
