Responsibilities

Oversee all commercial follow-up operations across the five-hospital system

Lead a high-performing team of 60+ staff members, including three supervisors

Resolve escalated claim issues and drive performance metrics

Plan, administer, control, and manage the quality of the department's commercial follow-up activities

Support the Director of the Business Office/Patient Access in strategic oversight of the patient accounting function

Required

B.S. Degree in Business Administration or related field plus four (4) years patient accounting experience, or a. Ten years progressively responsible patient accounting experience

Demonstrated knowledge of insurance requirements and regulations and hospital operations
