Responsibilities
Work with one or more departments as assigned to achieve successful outcomes on various projects, responsibilities, and initiatives
Assist department visitors, answer incoming phone calls, and serve as a resource for all visitors, colleagues, and staff in the Health System
Qualification
Required
Actively seeking a degree in a related field
Strong customer service skills
Proficiency in communication
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, etc.)
An ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and confidential environment while maintaining a high level of excellence in customer service
Must possess good physical health
Lifting at least 50 pounds
Preferred
