Responsibilities
Strong passion for making developers highly productive
15+ years industry experience developing and maintaining world-scale infrastructure and distributed systems
Fluency in Java, C++, Python or Go
Expertise in: Kubernetes, Multi-tenant systems, with focus on reliability, performance, isolation and security, Authoring roadmap documents, project plans and RCAs
A track record of technical execution and technical leadership
A passion for operational excellence, and willingness to hold yourself and others to a high operational bar
A track record for mentoring and guiding senior and staff engineers; fostering best practices in coding, testing, and automation
A strategic mindset and strong sense of what to prioritize for maximum impact
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Outstanding communicator, both written and verbal skills
Ability to work on-site at our San Mateo, CA or Bellevue, WA offices
