Responsibilities

Guide and coach Scrum teams on Agile practice and principles

Drive projects through the full project lifecycle

Track progress, dependencies, and deliverables

Escalate risks, issues, and impediments appropriately

Schedule and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Maintain project artifacts including release logs, issue logs, schedules, agendas, and meeting notes

Monitor team performance and support corrective actions when needed

Improve communication and visibility across teams and stakeholders

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
