Responsibilities

Provides hands-on and strategic support to the People & Culture team
Helping implement people strategies that promote equity, inclusion, and organizational health
Collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partner and broader People & Culture team
Contributing to organizational development and culture initiatives that support business results
Manage HR operations, including leave administration
Supporting the planning and implementation of employee wellness initiatives
Responding to employee inquiries
Identify opportunities to improve policies, processes, and team effectiveness
Provide data-driven insights, guidance, and support that ensure fair, consistent, and impactful people practices that advance CPR’s mission

Qualification

Required

At least 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience with managing employee relations, leave administration, and policy interpretation
Experience supporting employees and leaders on subjects such as people strategy, change management, and organizational effectiveness
Experience with creating and maintaining HR procedures
Strong understanding of employment laws, HR compliance standards, and equitable policy application
Proficient in using HR systems and platforms such as HRIS, performance management tools, and applicant tracking systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google platforms such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive, etc
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use data to identify trends and drive outcomes
Familiarity with best practices in inclusion, anti-bias, and equitable HR decision-making

Preferred

Experience supporting HR equity and inclusion initiatives or integrating inclusive practices into people processes
