Responsibilities

Define and execute a 3–5-year IT Operations roadmap aligned with enterprise transformation goals

Oversee store systems (including Point-of-Sale), hosting infrastructure, and corporate application operations

Lead cloud modernization, automation, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) adoption, and ITIL-aligned service management practices

Ensure 24×7 uptime and performance, especially during peak retail periods

Required

15+ years in senior IT leadership (Director level) or at least 5+ years as VP of IT Operations within a retail organization that operates regionally or nationally, with expertise in POS systems, store technology, and enterprise infrastructure

Expertise in cloud platforms, automation, and ITIL frameworks

Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and deliver measurable business outcomes

Preferred

A strategic thinker who can set long-term vision while remaining hands-on in execution
