Lead design space exploration through structured design-of-experiments (DOE) to evaluate various materials, geometries, power levels, and operating frequencies
Analyze and optimize magnetic components, ensuring performance meets application requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate electronic, thermal, and structural considerations into magnetic designs
Utilize analytical tools and modeling techniques to refine designs and ensure reliability and efficiency

Qualification

Magnetics principlesDesign space explorationMedium voltage isolationAnalytical skillsCollaborative mindset

Required

Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering (EE) or related field
Solid foundational knowledge in magnetics principles and operations
Interest or experience in medium voltage isolation applications (up to 100kV)
Understanding of electronic, magnetic, thermal, and structural design principles
Ability to perform design space exploration and experiments (DOE methodology)
Strong analytical skills coupled with a collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude
