Account Executive - Field Sales, New Verticals
DoorDash is a technology and logistics company focused on empowering local economies. They are seeking an Account Executive - Field Sales to join their New Verticals team, responsible for managing the full sales cycle, identifying and signing local and regional merchants onto the DoorDash platform.

Responsibilities
Help transform the way stand-alone liquor stores monetize through our on-demand delivery service
Create a great first impression with merchants and build a pipeline of qualified leads
Lead the full sales cycle while closing transactions to attain new business from small to mid-sized merchants
Master email marketing automation tools to creatively engage prospects
Make a high volume of cold calls (80+) and emails to prospects daily
Spend time prospecting and closing deals in the field in person, up to 30% of the time
Qualification
Required
3-4 years of experience working in a high volume inside sales environment
Experience in Small - Medium (SMB) business to business sales
Managed a full sales cycle and have been in a closing or lead generation sales role
Genuinely curious about people, local businesses, and technology
Dynamic personality with a customer-focused mindset
Creative, persistent, and passionate about sales
Can navigate sales and internal tools quickly (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Google Apps)
