Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of highly available, automated network solutions across spine-leaf DCs, branches, and cloud
Tackle a 70/30 blend of strategic projects and operational support, owning your roadmap and running with it
Automate repeatable tasks using tools like Python, Ansible, and Terraform
Support a Meraki-first edge environment (including Secure Edge and Switching, not just WiFi)
Collaborate with peers, share your perspective, and mentor less-experienced teammates
Participate in a shared on-call rotation and handle after-hours changes as needed
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in enterprise networking roles
Deep hands-on with data center design, VXLAN, EVPN, Cisco Nexus, BGP, OSPF
Mastery of Meraki solutions across Wi-Fi, switching, and SD-WAN
Real-world experience automating networks with Python, APIs, Postman, etc
Solid grasp of identity/security concepts like 802.1x, TACACS, Radius (we use Clearpass)
