Dry Force Corp. is seeking a Remediation Technician Apprentice to join their team in Tampa, Florida. The role involves removing and repairing water and mold damaged materials while providing excellent customer service in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
Handle any issues caused by water or mold damage and remove and replace damaged materials
Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
Document drying progress using a phone or tablet

Required

Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to be on call
Must be able to work overtime as needed, weekends if needed, and some holidays
Able to follow detailed instructions

Preferred

IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation
Background in plumbing, demolition, water mitigation and/or carpentry
