Responsibilities

Review technical write-ups and provide understanding of operation and mitigation strategies

Collaborate with internal and external teams, including development, operations, and review and triage

Create and optimize business process flows to improve efficiency, provide status, and enhance overall coordination across stakeholders

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including vulnerability reports, process flows, and technical guides

Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and internal teams

Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions

Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for implementation

Collaborate with multiple teams to prioritize and implement process improvements

Maintain a high-level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
