Responsibilities
Spread Hamilton Farms’ brand awareness and drive sales through field marketing activations and customer engagement
Ownership of Hamilton Farms’ branded pop-ups and represent our brand at various events, both in-person and virtual, including trade shows, community events, and product launches
Maintain high-level of product knowledge and clearly communicate product benefits to wholesale accounts customers
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for digital and print media, including blog posts, social media posts, and newsletters
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations
Collect and analyze feedback from customers to improve our products and services
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Growth Opportunity: Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
Growth Opportunity: Engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and promoting our products
Qualification
Required
High school graduate
Basic cannabis knowledge with a passion for the plant and the industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Central Jersey
Must be willing to travel within the State of New Jersey
Must be able to obtain required state cannabis ID at time of hire and submit personal information for background check and fingerprinting
Must be 21 years of age or older
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role
Experience in event planning or public speaking
Proficient knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations
