Responsibilities
Perform physical tasks using teleoperation tools (folding clothes, stacking boxes, loading dishwashers, etc.) following SOPs
Ensure collected data is accurate and properly annotated
Monitor and document robot performance, task completion, and any irregularities
Produce detailed reports to support research and workflow improvements
Collaborate with engineers and researchers to optimize tasks and data quality
Follow all safety and procedural guidelines
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term roles
Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
Comfort following detailed instructions and working independently
Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting
Availability for one of the following shifts: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday), 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday), Optional weekend shifts available based on business needs (paid overtime)
Preferred
Prior experience in robotics, lab operations, manufacturing, or similar hands-on roles
Familiarity with teleoperation or mechanical systems
Previous work in fast-paced, startup, or technical environments
Exposure to AI, robotics research, or data collection workflows
